WTN? is a UK based label of immaculate taste in music. New in its foundation yet experienced enough to be able to achieve an impressive number of solid releases from the likes of artists such as Nicola Ratti, Jesse Osborne-Lanthier, Tim Coster and others. Exploring their audio portfolio is a unique experience bound to capture the listener' s imagination and heart alike. Diverse yet precise in its choices, the label explores and expands on modern urban electronic soundscapes characterised by melancholy and reminiscence.

Performance of sound installation "Kyklophonon" @ project space | 20:30 - 21:00
Kyklophonon is the latest work of Michalis Shammas, at the School of Architecture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and his first in the field of sound installations. It is an electric semi-mechanical peculiar string instrument, which incorporates among others, sazi strings, ball bearings, fishing weights and piezoelectric capsules in order to produce a potentially atmospherical full sound.

Jesse Osborne-Lanthier (CA)
Active since 2007, Jesse Osborne-Lanthier is a Montreal-born Berlin-based multidisciplinary conceptual artist and musician focused on inciting alternative cognitive responses via mixed sonic material. His works are at once present, futuristic and intemporal; he creates hybrids of contemporary genres and ideas through the use of current technologies and techniques, but always with the aim of making something lasting.
In 2014 Osborne-Lanthier released ‘Otherwise Insignificant Psyche Debris’, an album comprised of 22 live recordings from the course of the past few years, as a cassette and digital download via labels Hobo Cult and MIND Records. Focused on the concept of dispositional emotional regulation, the body of work deals with acceptance, avoidance, problem solving, reappraisal, rumination, and suppression. It contains remixes by Grischa Lichtenberger (Raster-Noton, Semantica), Vereker (L.I.E.S.), Hobo Cubes (Debacle, Where To Now?, Digitalis, Opal Tapes), VNDL (Kvitnu, Hymen), and Robert Lippok (To Rococo Rot, Raster Noton) and was mastered in collaboration with Vladislav Delay.
His works as a solo artist have been critically acclaimed and have been featured in mixes and DJ-sets by Ron Morelli (L.I.E.S.), Will Bankhead (Trilogy Tapes), Mick Wills, Low-Jack, Helena Hauff and Lee Gamble, among many others.

Nicola Ratti (IT)
Born in Milano in 1978. Polyhedric musician and sound designer active since years in the experimental fields. He has performed live in Europe, North America and Russia and his albums had been released by Anticipate, Preservation, Die Schachtel, Entr’acte, Where To Now?, Senufo Editions, Boomkat Editions, Holidays Records, Megaplomb, Musica Moderna, Boring Machines, Coriolis Sounds, Zymogen. He is currently working with: Giuseppe Ielasi with whom he formed the project entitled Bellows, Tilde, a trio with Enrico Malatesta and Attila Faravelli. He played guitar from 2007 to 2013 in the desertic soundtrack-band Ronin. He collaborates also with visual artists such as Alessandro Roma, Riccardo Arena, Ferruccio Ascari and Blisterzine/NastyNasty. He’s been the curator of The Variable Seriesfrom September 2013 to December 2014, a series of events concerning sound and performance hosted by O’ in Milano. He’s one of the promoters/artists of Aunasince its firts edition (sept. 2012), Auna is an electroacoustic music festival conceived as a research/exchange moment between italian-based artists. Since May 2015 he is the curator of a series of sound-related events at Standards, an experimental sound research gallery located in Milano.

Kondaktor (GR)
A household name in the Athenian electronic scene and a co-founder of the experimental/techno label “Modal Analysis”, Kondaktor has been playing music as a DJ for over a decade. His DJ sets vary from deep techno and dark soundscapes to funky beats and Chicago house tunes. In 2012 he debuted as a producer for Seattle’s “Further Records”. At the same time, he is part of the production team that organizes the “Reform” parties in Greece.

Michalis Shammas (GR)
Architect by chance, inventor by heart, almost a musician and recently a designer, constructor and performer of the Kyklophonon, Michalis Shammas was born in 1988 in Nicosia and currently lives in Thessaloniki.
